Picture this: Over a year ago, in sub-zero temperatures, we went for a sauna and cold plunge. The experience left us feeling revitalised and rejuvenated for days.

We were hooked. This practice became routine, exploring different sauna experiences throughout the year. With increased use, we experienced noticeable benefits:

Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Ph.D. in biomedical science, states that…’saunas increase the production of heat shock proteins. These proteins protect cells, aid in repair and prevent damage.’

Drawing upon our membership in The Guild of Master Craftsmen and The British Sauna Society, along with 18 years of expertise of hand crafting beautiful high quality outdoor structures, we embarked on a year-long research journey.

Everything is calculated to give you the ultimate sauna experience from: size, heat ratios, surface area of glass, insulation, appropriate timber species, ergonomically designed seats and back rests and seating layout, heating options, a one way ventilation systems and drainage, all whilst using the best fit for purpose materials.

Our outdoor saunas sit beautifully along side our shepherd’s huts and just like our shepherd's huts, our outdoor saunas can be tailored to your preferences, ensuring a perfect fit for your space and needs. Whether it's a cosy retreat or a gathering place for friends and family or a commercial outdoor sauna, we're here to bring your sauna vision to life.

We also make mobile saunas on trailers and saunas within our shepherd’s huts and high quality 400 litre cold plunge in stainless steel with slopped back, clad in Western Red Cedar, with convenient drainage, built in chiller and filter, costing 15pence a day to run, for the ultimate contrast therapy along side your sauna or as a stand alone experience. As with our shepherd’s huts these can all be custom made to any design and size as required, therefore please ask if there is something different you would like, we’d be delighted to help.
